4. Booking a Consultation
When you book a free consultation, we collect the details you provide and your preferred time so we can confirm and prepare for your session. Consultations are scheduled around your local time zone.

We use your information to respond to inquiries, arrange and deliver consultations and lessons, recommend a suitable learning plan, and keep you informed about your or your child’s learning. We do not sell your personal information. We do not publish student information, and we do not publish private teacher information.

We may contact you by email, WhatsApp, or phone using the details you provide, in order to respond to your inquiry and coordinate lessons. You can ask us to change how we contact you at any time.
7. Analytics & Website Improvement Tools
We may use tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website. These tools may collect usage information such as pages visited, device/browser information, approximate location, and interaction patterns. We use this information to improve the website experience. We do not use these tools to intentionally collect Quran class form message content, private religious learning details, or sensitive personal details. Where possible, contact form fields are masked from Microsoft Clarity session recordings.

9. Children & Parents
Because we offer Quran classes for children, please note: children’s classes should be arranged by a parent or guardian, and parents or guardians should submit contact forms or booking inquiries on behalf of their children. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information directly through the website. If a parent or guardian believes a child has submitted personal information directly, they can contact us at info@obaidquranacademy.com and we will remove it.

We do not currently process payments on this website. If paid plans are introduced, payment details will be handled by a secure payment provider, and this policy will be updated.
